How to develop the suppliers for customers:
To get customers' need through communicating.
To find out three to four manufactures of the corresponding parts according to the request of the customers.
Ask price and get samples from the manufactures.
To visit the factory (acknowledge the production ability and quality control process).
Basing on the price, sample and visiting, recommend manufacturers to our customers.

Besides, we provide our customers with purchasing advice, basing on the market change in China: suggest customers to buy more when the price is the lowest so as to avoid the loss from the radical increase of the price of the raw materials. During 2005 to 2007, we successfully helped three to four elevator manufacturers make purchasing plans, and helped them avoid the loss of 1,200,000 Euro. Annually we give customers the development report of the parts supplier in the annual meeting, in order to know and respond to the development and change of the suppliers on time, and make purchase plan ahead time.
